Fitness Groups

We love to stay active while having a lot of fun!  Every Monday there are two different fitness classes that meet at John Knox - led by our very own Cyd Kladden.  The first class is from 11:45-12:30, and is geared more for seniors.  The second class is from 6:00-6:50, and is a bit more "high energy."  Both are open to men and women, and all are welcome -- no matter your experience or condition!
