Job Title: Church Media and Communications Coordinator
Job Description:
20 hours / week
John Knox Presbyterian Church is seeking an individual to manage all internal and external church communications.
Provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative services to the Pastoral staff and other designated individuals within the church.
Compensation:
$375.00 / week ($18.75/ hour)
Requirements:
Maintain church website.
Computer skills: competency with Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Teams, InDesign and other programs including, Power Point necessary to perform the job responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written skills; ability to communicate a clear message, verbally, electronically and in writing.
Proficiency in use and operation of general office equipment.
Proficiency to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
Share church activities and info through social media.
Assist with weekly church bulletins, monthly newsletter.
Maintain statistical reports, office files, church calendar, answer telephone, handle inquires, respond to emails, maintain adequate office supplies.
